Susie Johnson- Spanish and Computer

Susie considers herself very blessed to be at Calvary Chapel Christian School. She is married to Steve, and has a son, Jonathan, a daughter Jackie, and a beautiful granddaughter named Trinity. Steve, Jackie and Susie attend Calvary Tucson. She came to know Jesus when she was 38 years-old. It was the greatest day of her life, "A fire was started in my heart that day for all to know the saving grace of Jesus." That burning in her heart led Susie to where she is now. The Lord placed in her such a desire to lead children to Him, and to teach them. She was led to the Tucson Unified School District and stayed there for about 6 years. While there, she attended Pima College, and also received her Para-Pro license from the University of Arizona. At that time, Susie had been praying for a school at Calvary. Little did she know a lot of other people had been praying that very same thing! She started with CCCS that very same year, and is so amazed at what God has blessed her with there! She switched from Pima to Calvary Chapel Teacher's College soon after, and still attends classes there whenever possible. She is blessed to teach Spanish and Computer at Calvary.
