CCCS Enrollment

2009-2010 School Year

Please print, complete, and return the following form to our Admissions Office along with a non-refundable application fee of $50.00:

Middle School Form
Student Application - Complete one for each student applying for 6th through 8th grade.
Information Sheet - Provides information for new students and their parents for 6th through 8th grade.

Elementary Form
Student Application - Complete one for each student applying for 1st through 5th grade.
Information Sheet - Provides information for new students and their parents for 1st through 5th grade.

Kindergarten Form
Student Application - Complete one for each Kindergarten student.
Information Sheet - Provides information for new Kindergarten students and their parents.

Kindergarten Parents
If you are applying for our kindergarten program, your child must be 5 years old by August 1st.

Once we have received your application(s), you will receive enrollment forms and a family interview will be scheduled with the school's administrator.

Both parents or legal guardian(s) and the prospective student are required to be present at the interview. Please bring all appropriate paper work in correspondence with the checklist located on the enrollment form.

Calvary Chapel Christian School is a covenant Christian school, meaning that we seek to enroll families with a strong and visible relationship with Jesus Christ. The interview process is conducted through the respective school level to which you are applying (elementary & middle) and serves the purpose of evaluating the family's spiritual commitment and willingness to co-labor with the school.

Calvary Chapel Christian School believes in the divine sovereignty of God. Therefore, we believe each individual involved in the school has been called of the Lord to be here. A complete review of the application and prayer regarding each family will be used to determine acceptance to the school.

Once a decision has been made you will be notified by the school the appropriate administrative assistant.

A $250 enrollment fee is due upon acceptance into the school.

Students who have not submitted previous standardized test scores are required to test for academic evaluation. Testing takes place on our campus and is administered by appointment. You will be contacted should testing need to be scheduled.
