Bob Deyoe

Bob knows well the words God spoke to Jeremiah, “And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.” It was during a challenging and broken time in his life, separated from his wife, that he called out to the Lord and as Bob recalled, “God lifted me up and gave me a new life” after answering an altar call at a Calvary Saturday night service. A new life which he could have never dreamed. It was shortly thereafter, Bob and his wife’s marriage was completely restored and God’s call on his life became very clear.

A native of Tucson, Bob started on staff at Calvary in the summer of 2008. Having spent over 25 years in the entertainment business as a DJ, MC, and show producer, Bob is now applying the gifts and talents given to him and using them to serve God’s kingdom. As the director of the Multi-Media Ministry, Bob manages the dozens of volunteers and staff members in the multi-media ministry, which includes the Practical Christian Living radio shows, our websites, social networking and podcasts, the overseeing all of all sound, lighting and video equipment used at both campuses of Calvary Tucson as well as co-producer of the Practical Christian Living television show and the production of various videos for the body.

As a father of four children, three boys, and his youngest being a girl whose joyful arrival came on the anniversary of the date when he gave his life to Christ, Bob spends time at home with his family’s “Cheese and Jesus night” (pizza and bible study), playing board games, and general silliness. Bob and his wife Jennifer enjoy spending time studying the bible together, listening to music, and both attend various bible studies where he serves as a children’s leader.
